Hi, I’m Jaylen and I help individuals improve physical strength and overall function so that they can feel confident in their body while pursuing life’s many great adventures. I've played sports my entire life but in all honesty, when I think of how and when I found fitness, I'm brought back to me at 15 years old awkwardly entering a gym on my own: timid, lanky, and a whole lot less confident than I am now. Fast forward several years that consisted of different jobs, certifications and experiences in the health and fitness industry, 4 Bodybuilding competitions, and a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, and here I am.
I would never have imagined that showing up all alone at what seemed like a terrifying, male dominated, old-school and over-heated gym would be the catalyst in helping me discover myself not only physically, but also mentally. The action I took that day to show up for myself, even when I was nervous and scared to, had such a drastically positive effect on my life and became such an essential part of who I am now.
What I fell in love with the most is how confidence gained through movement transfers so fluidly into all areas of life. I live to feel strong, to feel able, and to be willing to try new things that I wouldn’t have thought possible. Movement and physical ability brought out an inner strength and belief in myself that is irreplaceable and I want nothing more than to help others discover their own potential.

My own fitness journey has inspired me to support others in becoming their strongest, and most fulfilled selves. I no longer choose to live timidly and in fear like that 15 year old who didn’t yet know her place in the world. I strive to help others have the opportunity to experience the same and the greatest thing about it is, you can. The choice is yours. All accomplishments begin with the decision to try; the decision to believe in ourselves.
