What can I expect when I sign up for online programming?
Full access to the online programming app from both your phone and computer
2-4 custom workouts per week designed for you on a monthly basis (depending on your goals and needs)
Weekly Check-ins with me so any necessary adjustments can be made
Easy in-app communication
This will allow you to message with any questions or concerns, as well as the ability to send videos if you require any assistance with form or simply want to show the incredible work that you have put in for that day’s workout!
Demonstration videos and descriptions created by me for every exercise in your program
Ability to track Sets, Repetitions, Weight used, and Rest in real time while performing your workout
Ability to connect your Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal, and Fitbit within the app
Ability to upload progress photos & track body stats
