What is Active Rehabilitation?
Active Rehabilitation takes on a movement-based approach that is designed to help you return to normal, pain-free function. Those living with acute or chronic pain due to recent or previous injury can benefit greatly from re-learning how to move, and how to move well for themselves at that. Although movement is the main focus, Active Rehabilitation also supports you throughout the journey of recovery through decreasing fear and anxiety around previously painful or difficult movement.
